LOW HANDICAPS  vs  HIGH HANDICAPS

TEAM "A" = low half of index 

TEAM "B" = upper half of index

EXAMPLE -  30 players sign up,  15 lowest index = team "A"  /  15 higher index = team "B"

Team with the lowest net score wins.

All players use 100% of their handicap
