• Approval of minutes from last meeting – Meeting set max Handicap Index for club at 36.4
• Special motion for consideration – Brian Smith – Allow Mike Martens to remain on BOD while he’s not currently a member due to injury. – Motion carried unanimously.
• Welcome to new board members Jim Knight Bob Rosson Jeff Boyer
