4-MAN SCRAMBLE (@ RBI) subsidized game $2-player / $100 max

The format will be a  competitive four man Scramble.

The teams will be assigned by Golf Genius with the goal of making all teams equal with regards to total team handicap/index.

This will be a TOMGC Members Only tournament.
